Ivin Mazendame is an experienced health and social care professional with more than two decades of experience across adult social care, care leadership and service management.
As Registered Manager and Director of Maxi-Mize Health Solution Limited, Ivin provides leadership and oversight of the organisation and is committed to developing a culture in which safe, compassionate and person-centred care comes first.
His approach to leadership reflects the philosophy behind Maxi-Mize: care should be safe and professional, but it should also feel human. He wants every person supported by Maxi-Mize to feel listened to, respected and valued, and every member of the care team to understand that even a small interaction can make a meaningful difference to someone's day.
